2016 Hunterdon Happening List Red Carpet Bash

The Bash is Back!

You’re invited to walk the red carpet, chat with Hunterdon Happening TV, and party the night away in honor of the amazing Hunterdon County community.
Since the start of the year, thousands have voted for their favorite local people, places, events, and businesses across hundreds of comprehensive Happening List categories in industries such as “Food”, “Home”, & “Retail.” Voting closed on February 29th, and the results are being released throughout the springtime.
But Happening List excitement will reach a fever pitch on Thursday, May 12th, 2016 at the 3rd Annual Hunterdon Happening List Red Carpet Bash!

The evening will honor the 2016 Hunterdon Happening List winners, finalists, and nominees. We’re returning to the beautiful Riverside Ballroom at the Lambertville Station, which offers a full view of the Delaware River through floor to ceiling windows is the only waterfront facility in the area.

Beginning at 7pm, guests will walk the red carpet and be treated to some of Hunterdon County’s best food, entertainment, and much more. A variety of beverages will be available for purchase at a cash bar.
VIP ticket-holders will gain exclusive entry to an hour long Champagne Party at 6pm.
Plus, your 2016 “Ice Cream” winner – OWowCow Creamer – will be on hand for dessert!

Shad’Toberfest Canceled

 
As you may have heard, Lambertville was devastated by flooding from Ida.
 
We decided to cancel Shad’Toberfest. This decision was not made lightly. However, we could not burden the already stressed infrastructure of the City. The festival brings thousands of visitors to Lambertville and that burden would not help our City right now.
 
The need in Lambertville is great with over half the homes in the City affected by Hurricane Ida’s unprecedented flooding.
 
There are some people that will spend a year getting their house back to a livable condition and some who will never return to their beloved homes because of the severe damage they sustained. In light of this tragedy, we are working on a fundraiser to benefit those flood victims hit hardest by Hurricane Ida. Stay tuned for details.
