Carolyn Gadbois

Vice President

Carolyn Gadbois (she/her) graduated with a BA from Emerson College in 2006 and spent over 15 years managing small businesses in Brooklyn, Frenctown, and Bucks County before opening Union Coffee in Lambertville in March of 2021.  With a focus on building community one cup at a time, Union Coffee aims to provide a space for individual connection and creative collaboration for locals and visitors alike.

Carolyn served as President of the Frenchtown Business & Professional Association (FBPA) from 2016-2018 during a period of significant growth and restructuring for the organiztion which included doubling it’s membership, social media rebranding, budget overhaul and defining a mission of business success through community engagement.  She also was elected by write-in campaign to the Frenchtown School Board in 2020 and served for a partial term before moving to Lambertville in 2021.

When she’s not slinging shots at the coffee shop, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, riding her bike along the canal and hanging out with her cat, Derek.
