Delaware River Towns Photo Project

Throughout Earth Day weekend 2017 – April 22nd and 23rd – over 130 talented photographers set out to capture what makes the Delaware River Towns unique, roaming the New Jersey towns of Milford, Frenchtown, Stockton and Lambertville as well as the Pennsylvania boroughs of Riegelsville and New Hope.
Now, you can view the results – the Delaware River Towns Photo Project – at Brokaw Photography Studio in Frenchtown throughout Memorial Day weekend – May 27th and 28th, 2017 – and at River Valley Realty in Lambertville June 3rd and 4th, 2017.
Over 300 images were considered with 108 prints chosen by 48 featured photographers for the final exhibition. All submitted photos will be part of a multi-media slide show.
There is no charge to visit either exhibitions, which will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A $2 donation will be requested at the exhibits to benefit the Frenchtown Food Pantry.

Shad’Toberfest Canceled

As you may have heard, Lambertville was devastated by flooding from Ida.

We decided to cancel Shad’Toberfest. This decision was not made lightly. However, we could not burden the already stressed infrastructure of the City. The festival brings thousands of visitors to Lambertville and that burden would not help our City right now.

The need in Lambertville is great with over half the homes in the City affected by Hurricane Ida’s unprecedented flooding.

There are some people that will spend a year getting their house back to a livable condition and some who will never return to their beloved homes because of the severe damage they sustained. In light of this tragedy, we are working on a fundraiser to benefit those flood victims hit hardest by Hurricane Ida. Stay tuned for details.
