8 Great Ways to Celebrate Independence Day

The biggest event of the summertime is just around the corner- July 4th! Celebrate America’s independence at 8 great Independence Day events happening in the Delaware River Towns:
New Hope-Lambertville Fireworks & 1st Fridays
New Hope & Lambertville
First Friday of June, July, August, & September

New Hope & Lambertville will host Friday Night Fireworks alongside 1st Fridays, featuring dozens of special events held throughout the towns, on July 1st.  This dazzling event, put on by the New Hope & Lambertville Chambers of Commerce enchants viewers as they watch and express their delight in the universal fireworks language of “Ooohh…..ahhhhh.”

  • Stay Friday night, July 1st and Saturday night, July 2nd for just $ 500.00
  • Stay Saturday night, July 2nd and Sunday night, July 3 – $ 450.00

Independence Day Celebration
July 4, 12PM-4PM
Washington Crossing Historic Park, 1112 River Rd., Washington Crossing PA
This ticketed event at Washington Crossing Park will feature living historians sharing their stories with visitors, as well as tours of historic buildings and military encampments. At noon, the Declaration of Independence will be read for all to hear. The festivities will conclude with fireworks at dusk. Celebrate the liberation of the country at Washington Crossing Park this summer! Tickets are $8 for adults (12 and up), $4 for children ages 5-11, and free for children under the age of 5.
