The Carriage House of New Hope is not a traditional hotel. It is a meticulously restored home. Known as the Delaware Rivertown Bolthole, it is the hybrid of a home rental and inn. Our boutique hotel incorporates the luxury and sophistication of modern amenities with the natural beauty of the Delaware River and Aquatong Falls. The Carriage House of New Hope helped spearhead the New Hope waterfront revitalization project by preserving this historic property – once home to Lewis Coryell – into a modern realization. But the Carriage House is not a standalone business in town. It calls on the talents of other local businesses – Bridge Street Soap Company, C’Est La Vie Bakery, Bucks County Playhouse, and more – to ensure guests receive a well-rounded taste of what our eclectic town has to offer.
“New Hopes Hidden Gem! The Inn is right in the center of town and you can walk to everything easily. The view is so beautiful overlooking the river and the sound of the falls by the playhouse was so relaxing... Would give it 6 stars if that option was available.”
