I work with independent restaurants, cafes, and virtual food brands on start-up, profitability, and quality of life. I co-founded Mugshots Coffeehouse (2004), and founded Mugshots Farm to Office Catering (2013), in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia. Over a twelve year period, I opened five locations. Mugshots is a founding B-corp, part of a growing global movement of people using business as a force for good. I sold Mugshots at the end of 2015, and launched my consulting practice in April of 2016.
