River Valley Realty’s First Time Home Buyer Seminar

Attention first time homebuyers!
This April, River Valley Realty is hosting a must-attend event for anyone considering purchasing their first home. Many first time home buyers delay learning about how they might invest in a home due to worries over mortgage calculators, monthly payments and uncertainty about where to begin. In the meantime, they continue to pay rent on someone else’s mortgage.
Join Matthew Jacobs and Donnie Pheor at River Valley Realty’s annual First Time Buyers Seminar, scheduled for April 5, 2017 at 6:30PM at their Lambertville office (River Valley Realty 45 North Main St, Lambertville, New Jersey 08530). The evening’s program will consist of expert presentations covering a wide variety of topics about the home buying process as it specifically affects those purchasing their very first home. Join us for wine, snacks, and an invaluable discussion about:

  • The benefits of homeownership
  • Finding the property for you
  • Submitting an offer & the negotiation process
  • The under contract period & inspection process
  • PLUS special presentations by area mortgage specialist Glenn Davis of Benchmark Lending & local attorney Deborah Forman

In this complimentary seminar, participants will find guidance and information from a trusted source in the community. River Valley Realty presents local experts, who will update new buyers on the real estate market and help ensure a more rewarding home buying process.
A full service, real estate company owned by Kim Ward Bacso and located in Lambertville, New Jersey and Yardley, PA, River Valley represents buyers and sellers in the Delaware River towns of Lambertville, Stockton, Frenchtown, New Hope, Yardley, Washington Crossing and the surrounding farm, equine, and residential communities of Hunterdon and Mercer counties in NJ and Bucks County, PA.

Shad’Toberfest Canceled

As you may have heard, Lambertville was devastated by flooding from Ida.

We decided to cancel Shad’Toberfest. This decision was not made lightly. However, we could not burden the already stressed infrastructure of the City. The festival brings thousands of visitors to Lambertville and that burden would not help our City right now.

The need in Lambertville is great with over half the homes in the City affected by Hurricane Ida’s unprecedented flooding.

There are some people that will spend a year getting their house back to a livable condition and some who will never return to their beloved homes because of the severe damage they sustained. In light of this tragedy, we are working on a fundraiser to benefit those flood victims hit hardest by Hurricane Ida. Stay tuned for details.
