Space Size: 10′ x 10′ — Canopy or pop-up tent is required of all participants. Please provide your own tables and chairs. Electric is not provided. Past participants have the first right of refusal. Space is limited. We reserve the right to relocate vendor booth space due to circumstances beyond our control.
Set-up Time: Determined by your location and outlined in set-up instructions, which will be emailed on or about September 8th. The festival runs from 11:00 – 5:30 each day. Attendance is expected on both days. This is a rain or shine event. You are required to set up & break down each day. One vehicle per vendor only and No Trailers will be permitted during set up. Please call first to make arrangements if a trailer needs to be used.
**Set-up on the sidewalks of North Union Street is prohibited**
Product Line: The items for sale in your booth must be a “natural extension of your current business product line.” What you sell at Shad Festival must be what your business has to offer all year long, not just during the festival. If you are not in the food business, selling food in your space is not acceptable.
PLEASE NOTE: The Chamber of Commerce has its official Shad Festival T-Shirt and we, therefore, ask that no other merchant sell Shad, Fish, or event-related T-shirts.
